10 1-hand alternating Snatch @ 45#
10 Deadlift @ 45#
10 SHDP @ 45#
10 KB Swing @ 45#
10 Goblet Lunges @ 45#

I did 8 rounds and completed the KB swings on the 9th round (I did my lunges after time)
