Monday 8/16/10

It has been a while. I have been working out but with such a random schedule it is not my normal routine. I have been doing yoga once or twice a week most weeks and been doing a lot of biking with usually 1 day of circuit work/crossfit work or 1 day heavy lifting. It needs to be more. I need a more normal schedule.

Today:

600 Yard sprint

10-1 Ladder
Box Jumps @ 30"
Decline Push Ups @ 32"

3x
10 Pull Ups
10 Side Bends @ 80#, left side
10 2-touch lunges, left side
20 feet straight up crunches (touching toes)

3x
10 Dips
10 Side Bends @ 80#, right side
10 2-touch lunges, right side
20 Sit Ups

Great to have you back Scott. I know what it is like to have a hectic schedule. As long as you are consistent you should be fine. Keep working hard man.
