I'm back. I've been really busy with school and decided to focus on that instead of trying to post my workouts.

I'm not 100% yet, but I'm getting close. A month away from real workouts and 6 months away from good Crossfit workouts have made me weak. I should be good soon.

Decline Push Ups @ 24”
Box Jumps @ 24”
2x Lunges
Pull Ups
Dips
2x Lunges
GHD
DB Swing @ 65#
This was a lot of lunges. The GHD's and box jumps killed my lungs and got me to struggle. This was a rough workout to get back into working out.
