Round 3 - Chest Press
Round 4 - Lat Pull Downs
Round 5 - Reverse Bench Machine
Round 6 - Shoulder Press
Round 7 - Calf Raises
Round 8 -

1/2 Mile Run

I haven't done a box workout like this in years. Very strange.
