5 minutes each interval at 7 stations
Squats
Sit Ups
Push Ups
Burpees
Pull Ups
Dips
High knees/jumping

Quick gym workout after.

15 Side bends @ 45#
10 Deadlift @ 135#
10 Deadlift @ 205#
5 Deadlift @ 255#

10 (each side) tricep extensions @25#

5 Squat Cleans @ 135#

First time at the gym in a long time. It felt good, but I feel weak. I really need to get back to my old routine combined with my new one. Now that I am doing less classwork and more scenarios and hands on I really should have time to get back. I'm hoping to start in on 2-3 days a week starting next week.
