10 pull ups
500 push ups and 200 pull ups today. This was staggered throughout my day. I did 1-2 sets at each break and lunch at school - doing 10 sets of push ups and 7 sets of pull ups in my duty gear and 2 of the sets of pull ups I had my 15-20# backpack on. The rest I did at home over a 3 hour span.
