I did a lot of off balance stuff today. 1-handed deadlifts, different weight deadlifts, knee jumps... Dumbbell deadlifts were the heavy weight in one hand, light weight in other then switch. Ball Push ups - first round was push up, chest to ball then push off the ground to the top of the ball then off into a push up again. 2nd round I did a push up on the ball then off the ball for one.
