PT - Circuit Training

8 Stations, about 5 minutes per station

Station 1:
10 Burpees
20 Seconds Rest

Station 2:
20 Sit Ups
20 Seconds Rest

Station 3:
Max Pull Ups (21-15)

Station 4:
Max Dips (25-10)

Station 5:
Standing Long/High Jump - 6 jumps per

Station 6:
High knee ladder steps

Station 7:
10 Push Ups
20 Seconds Rest

Station 8:
20 Squats
20 Seconds Rest

Stations 1,2,7,8 were done as a team. Everything else was done as 1 time through, wait for other 4 teammates to go.
