Missed PR on Box Jump Annie by 11 seconds. I'm ok with this. I worked hard and had a rough time after this. I planned on doing Annie, but my jump rope broke 7 double unders into it so I had to modify.
For the second part I really worked hard on strict pull ups, no kip, no kick, just pulling my body. Cleans were rough. 55 reps there and pull ups. I have no grip left.
