50 Sit Ups

400 Yard Run
5 (each side) T-Push Ups @ 2x25#
Did 2x25# for half of the first round of running then went to 1x25# for the rest of the first round. Dropped the weights for the rest of the running.
Crossfit WoD was from the day before. Sore thighs. First time doing T-Push Ups - brutal on my shoulders. Wow am I sore.
