Saturday 9/26

Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull Ups
Body weight back squat

Bench Press: 14-9-9-9-10=51
Pull Ups: 21-14-13-15-15=78
Squats: 17-15-15-16-18=81

Crossfit WoD from Wednesday. Weight @ 175# (I weighed in at this this morning). I felt really good about this workout. I really pushed it hard and the squats really got me.
