300 - Timed - 17:17 (PR, old PR 10/24, 18:19)
Pullups - 25 reps
Deadlifts with 135lbs - 50 reps
Pushups - 50 reps
24-inch Box jumps - 50 reps
Floor wipers - 50 reps
Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 35# Dumbbell - 50 reps
Pullups - 25 reps

I crushed my PR after missing it last time. The 300 workout was the first actual workout I posted on my blog 1 year ago. I improved 1:30 in the last year and a half. I feel really good about this, but I think I could have had an even better time had I not already done 100 push ups and the 30 bleachers and the squats right before. Great workout today. It was a lot of fun. I'm especially glad that I got a PR here after missing it by 30 seconds last time.
