Worked out with Gil today at CrssFit Brea. I ran through the intro skills class.

Workout was:
10-1 Partner Ladder
Ball Slams @ 20# Ball
Burpees

While Partner 1 is doing ball slams Partner 2 is doing burpees. Switch after ball slams are complete.

5x - timed 9ish (My watch was moved before I finished).
7 Pull Ups
7 Thrusters @ 95#
7 Ring Dips
7 Burpees

I was tired after the ball slam burpee ladder. Gil killed me on this time. All in all it was a great day with these guys and I hope I get to hang out with them again soon. Thanks Gil and thanks Crossfit Brea for letting me be a guest at your house. I hope I didn't embarrass myself - other than letting Gil beat me.
