60 Burpups
It's been a while since I did an outdoor track workout. This was a fun circuit, we had some of Peter's volleyball players to join us. I scaled this workout for them. We are going to be doing this Tuesday's and Thursday's for a good part of the summer. After the track workout was over, I headed out to the gym to do finish my Burpups. I am so glad to be done with these.
