Burpups are so much easier doing them where I'm not twisting and jumping 2 feet over and 2 feet up like I do at home.
Got to use my new weight belt today. Hit a Personal best 3 times in weighted pullups. Last Personal best was 105#.
Weighted dips where just for fun, I had the weight belt on and 125# strapped on and decided to just hit up a couple of single dips. These burned really good.
Decline Paralell Press. I don't know to describe this. Basically get on the angled sit up bench and anchor your feet in, grab some dumbbells, get your back parallel to the ground and start pressing like a dumbbell bench press. Great for abs, core, chest, shoulders. 2x45# is more weight than I have ever done on this before.
