CrossFit WoD stopped at 6. I added the extra round of 3 to finish it off so I have 2 separate times.
I'm digging the ball work and the Bosu stabilizer stuff. I like having this incorporated in my workout. I feel like my workouts are evolving again. I'm going back to shorter, more intense workouts with heavier lifting, more cardio and more stabilization work. I think things will change again when I start in with different equipment too. I'm excited for the new changes. I feel better and stronger now.
