Back at it. I needed this workout.

Pull ups

WoD - Modified - Timed, 18:53

30 Walking Lunges + 2x30#
30 Box jump @ 24"
20 Dips

The WoD was a Modified CrossFit WoD from a few days ago. I subbed dips because I just did 45 pull ups in the workout before. The Bench Press Fran came from CrossFit Football although they called it something else. This was a solid upper and lower body workout with a healthy dose of cardio.
