I screwed up here. I skipped back extensions, and flopped on the ground thinking I was done. My time for that was 29:09. I sat around for 1:40 before realizing I missed that one exercise. I ran over, did the workout and finished 5:40 faster than my last PR. I'm mad at myself for not breaking 30.
