Peter Slacked off for 4 days. This is his punishment. Because I am making him do it, I have to do it too. I'm an idiot for making this workout.
50 Burpees - Timed 4:06 (PR)
250 Meter Row + 10-1 Sit up to Ball slam + 10-1 Ring Dip

9 Sit up to Ball Slam
9 Ring Dip
etc...
50 Jumping Squat w/ 2x 20# dumbbells
1-20 Decline Pushups @ 40" + 20-1 Box Jumps @ 20" box
Looks like:
1 Decline push up
20 Box jumps
2 Decline push ups
19 Box jumps
etc...
I lost track and did 15 decline push ups and 6 box jumps twice. Oh well. Didn't hurt anything. Didn't have to break up push up sets until 19.
Sore.
This was my longest trip to the gym in a few weeks. We were here for about 90 minutes. I rolled 2+ workouts into one night. I showed the workout to a guy doing the Crossfit WOD today and all he could do was laugh. I had a few regular gym guys try to do ring dips and fail. All I could do was laugh. <-- Austin.
