Tabata This

Tabata Intervals (20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times)

Did not take a minute for rotation rest, went right into next set after the 10 seconds was up.

Tabata Squat - 22, 23, 23, 22, 22, 21, 20, 21 = 174
Tabata Pull up - 13, 10, 6, 6, 5, 4, 4, 3 = 51
Tabata Push up - 19, 23, 16, 11, 10, 10, 8, 8 = 105
Tabata Sit up - 15, 15, 12, 12, 11, 10, 10, 11 = 96
Tabata Row - 45 total calories

Something is off with the calories on the Rowers at the gym. I pushed hard for 45-48 strokes/minute on the rower for 20 on and 10 off and my total calories were 45. This is a pace of about 1:40 per 500M. On Crossfit, people are hitting 9-14 calories per set. I know I'm not half as strong as the weakest rower on this.

Compared to last Tabata I crushed it by 49 total reps. Before was:
Squats = 138
Pull ups = 55
Push ups = 100
Sit ups = 84
