200 yard farmer walk with 20# weight vest and 65# KB

Crossfit WOD from a few days ago - Helen in 14:30
Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
21 dumbbell swings @ 65#
12 Pull-ups


3 x
300 yard ball throws (up and back on the field, end to end) w/ Overhead, chest press, and backwards over the head throws w/ 20# ball - first 2 sets with 20# weight vest
3 minute rest

3x 20 Partner sit ups with throw w/ 20# ball
