Its dinner time now and I decided to go for it. I have only done weighted pull ups with regularity with 20# before and one time a few months ago with #40 so I didn't really know where to start.

At 105, I had a 65# KB strapped to the front of my weight vest and it tore the vest in half. I had no way to go up or do more weight at this point.
* Clavicles bumping against the bar on every pull up.
